Ordinary Extraordinary (OE) CIC was founded in early 2020 to meet the needs and ambitions of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Some of our founders are members of the Antarctic Fire Angels and through their early experiences of developing their challenge, we quickly realised that a business such as OE did not exist that represents and supports everyday people in reaching their goals and passing on their inspirational stories to others.
Ordinary Extraordinary aims to offer a range of services giving ordinary people doing extraordinary things a platform so they can inspire generations. There are a wealth of people currently doing or aspiring to achieve extraordinary things yet nearly everyone has to find their own way - we aim to set people up to succeed in their endeavours by providing promotion, advice and connections.
The primary business function of OE is ‘OE Speaker Agency’ – providing our talented clients with the opportunity to promote themselves, their challenge and inspire others. However, we are also developing other business services:
We set up as a Community Interest Company as we wanted to give back and support ordinary people and community projects. Our profits go to those who strive to achieve through adversity.
