Kath started her career with the Lloyds Banking group in 1995 as a Customer Service advisor, as her career progressed Kath gained experience by developing progressive moves into training, resource planning, change functions, risk, fraud and compliances well as heading up support functions. Her latter years were spent heading up both retail and commercial banking contact centre's for both service and sales.
After 14 amazing years at LBG Kath moved into Outsourcing and progressed to Executive level.
Kath's key skill and passion is developing people. As a trained mentor and talent development expert Kath is passionate about investing in front line staff and management where value is created and driven in the business.
Kath's path to success has involved juggling a family, travel and a pressured job, and maintains that where some sacrifices are inevitable the rewards are great . Personal tragedy in the thick of my career has taught Kath a lot in life, Career knockbacks as well as successes has moulded the person she is today.
In 2007 Kath won Welsh Woman of the Year for business achiever, an extremely proud moment and then in 2017 won UK CX Champion of the year gold award.
For me its about overoming the set back s in life, dont lose that desire, if you really want it you can achieve it. I did, I managed to be a good mum and great career person and employee.
