Nakita

Ross

Nakita spent her teenage years as an Air Cadet until she joined the London Fire Brigade at the age of 20 and has since become London’s first female Urban Search and Rescue instructor.

Outside of the brigade she competes in Brazilian Jujitsu which focuses her drive to win and her determination to be the best version of herself.

Nakita wants to show women that they can achieve any challenge they want to in life and inspiring the next generation is at the heart of everything she does -  pushing all–out girl power to the limits, squashing stereotypes and tackling mental health head on.

Nakita has a strong inner voice and always maintains that you should  listen to your gut instinct, it is there for a reason. Don’t apologise for being you. Don’t let someone rebrand your positive traits with negative words and don’t let people change you, believe in yourself and keep pushing.  I think we can agree that Nakita is a force for good.

Speaks on:

Resilience; mental health; PTSD; inner strength; find your calm; empowering future generations.
